The rooms were absolutely stunning and unique. the hotel's staff were amicable people from the front desk to the waiters. Stunning and magnificent location with great views and so close to the coast. the beach club next door and the beaches of Tulum were amazing. Just a 5-minute walk to Pepe Soho Photography.

During our stay at the beautiful Kanan Tulum, we were delighted by the amazing jungle beach club. The property offers a variety of sunbeds, VIP lounges, nests, and double beach beds where our family could relax and enjoy the pristine beach. We also found the hotel's location to be perfect for exploring the wonders of Tulum. Within minutes of the hotel, we discovered the ancient Mayan ruins, stunning cenotes, and unforgettable nature reserves, immersing ourselves in the region's incredible beauty. The staff at Kanan Tulum were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our family had a memorable stay.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide some child-friendly amenities like a playground or activities suitable for younger children.

The room I stayed in had beautiful garden views, which made me feel so relaxed and peaceful. I loved waking up to such a serene sight every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with premium linens that felt so soft and luxurious. I had the best night's sleep during my stay here.

Personally, I found the available bath amenities to be a bit too organic for my liking. Others might appreciate the natural ingredients, but I prefer more traditional options.

The staff is pleasant and smiling, the rooms are clean, quiet and well-designed, there is closed parking at night, and it's convenient to reach the city center by car.

The room was pretty big and had AC, a private safe, and a cozy seating area - I was all about it! And let me tell you, that tub in the squeaky clean bathroom was the bomb 💣. The place was situated right smack dab in the heart of everything.

The staff was amazing and delivered prompt service. Furthermore, the hotel facilities, including the pool, rooftop, and restaurant.
